Sea Salt & Almond

I’ve been trying to cut back on sugary snacks, and this 80% dark chocolate hits the spot without making me feel guilty. The sea salt flakes really pop against the roasted almonds, and it’s rich enough that one square is plenty.

The texture from the stone grinding is really something—gritty but smooth at the same time, and the almonds give it a nice crunch against the salty kick. I just wish the salt were a touch more evenly distributed, since a few bites were almost plain. That said, it's a solid dark bar for when you want
