Cafe Blend 3kg bag

The 40% stone ground chocolate content makes this melt like a dream into my morning coffee, no clumping at all. I've already used half the 3kg bag for hot chocolate and baking, and the sweetened shaved texture dissolves faster than any bar I've chopped myself.

The 3kg bag is a solid value, and the chocolate melts smoothly enough for drinks, but I found the 40% stone ground texture a bit gritty if you don't whisk it thoroughly. It's sweeter than I expected, which is fine for coffee but not great for cooking. Fine for the price, just not amazing.
