100% Baking Chocolate 3kg Bag

I’ve been baking with this for a couple weeks now, and the 3kg bag is a beast—I’ve already gone through half of it for brownies and cookies. The medium-grind texture melts smoothly into batters, and since it’s just organic cacao, I can dial the sweetness exactly where I want it.

The stone-ground texture is there, but it’s a bit grittier than I expected for baking, which is fine for brownies but not for a smooth ganache. The 3kg bag is a good value, though I do wish it came with a resealable closure since it’s hard to keep fresh. Still, it’s a solid workhorse chocolate for e
