95% Wicked Dark with Ginger

It’s not sweet at all, which I love. The ginger bits are tiny and fiery, and they make the dark, fruity cacao taste almost like a grown-up candy.

The ginger chunks are a nice surprise against that intense, barely-sweet cacao, and the stone-ground texture feels properly rustic. I just wish the bar was a bit bigger for the price, though one small square is plenty when the craving hits.
