I grabbed these as a gift and ended up keeping the bag for myself. The 55% dark chocolate is that nice middle ground, not too sweet, and the almonds inside still taste freshly roasted rather than stale.
The crunch on these is perfect — the roasted almonds still taste fresh and the 55% dark chocolate coating is rich without being overly sweet. I've been grabbing a handful every afternoon when the sugar craving hits, and it actually satisfies me.
I grabbed a bag for a road trip snack and they were gone before we hit the highway—the crunch from the roasted almonds against that smooth 55% dark chocolate is dangerously good. Even my kid who claims to hate dark chocolate kept sneaking handfuls.
