Chokoladeovertrukne hasselnødder

The hazelnuts actually taste freshly roasted, still crunchy under the chocolate instead of going soft. I kept a handful in my bag for an afternoon snack and they held up fine without melting into a mess.

The 55% dark chocolate is the perfect balance—not too bitter, not too sweet—and the roasted hazelnuts inside stay amazingly crunchy. I grabbed a bag for a road trip and it was gone before we hit the second exit.

The crunch of the fresh roasted hazelnut against that smooth 55% dark chocolate is pure perfection—I opened the bag for one snack and suddenly half was gone. These will definitely be my go-to gift for the holidays.
