That sea salt on top really balances the sweetness of the 70% dark chocolate, and the cashews give it a buttery bite I didn't expect. Half the bar's already gone and I only opened it ten minutes ago.

The quinoa crunch is a nice touch against all those nuts, and the dark chocolate is rich without being too sweet. It's a bit smaller than I hoped for the price, but it definitely satisfied my afternoon snack craving.
