The sea salt on top really pulls out the sweetness of the 70% dark chocolate, and the mix of hazelnuts, almonds, and cashews means every bite has a different crunch. I've already finished the bar and am seriously considering ordering another few to keep in the pantry.

The quinoa crunch gives it a really satisfying snap against that smooth dark chocolate, and the three nuts each get their moment. I ate the whole bar in one sitting, no regrets.
