The four little discs in the cut-out box disappeared faster than I planned—the gritty melt is so different from smooth supermarket chocolate. Ended up making hot chocolate with the last one and it turned out thick and rich, not watery at all.

The stone ground texture is exactly what I hoped for—you can feel the grit of the cacao as it melts, and each disc tastes distinctly Oaxacan. I've already torn into two of the four flavors and the sampler box makes it easy to share without ruining the presentation.
