I wasn't expecting the cookie crunch to be this loud—every bite has actual cookie chunks, not just crumbs. The lemon cuts through the 70% dark really well, so it never feels too bitter. Already halfway through the second bar.
The 70% dark chocolate is rich without being bitter, and the lemon cookie bits actually stay crunchy to the last bite. That burst of citrus cuts through the cacao so well, it's dangerously easy to finish the whole 2.5 oz bar in one sitting.
I was a little worried the lemon would overpower the chocolate, but the 70% dark keeps it perfectly balanced and the cookie bits stay crunchy to the very last square. Even the packaging is nice for slipping into a lunch bag.
