I was a bit worried the sea salt would overpower the chocolate, but it's perfectly balanced against the buttery toffee and gives the almonds a nice crunch. The 60% dark stone ground chocolate melts slowly, which made the whole bar last through an entire movie.
The 60% dark chocolate has that deep, slightly gritty texture from the stone grinding, and the sea salt really cuts through the sweetness of the toffee. I grabbed one for a holiday snack and ended up finishing the whole bar in one sitting.
The toffee crunch in this bar is perfectly balanced with the 60% dark chocolate, and the sea salt really makes the almonds pop. I’ve already ordered two more to stash for holiday gifts, it’s that good.
