Ớt Guajillo

The stone-ground texture gives it a real gritty bite, and the guajillo heat lingers just long enough before the dark chocolate mellows it out. Two discs in a pack felt like a perfect after-dinner treat for us to split.

The guajillo kick creeps up after the initial dark chocolate richness, which is exactly what I wanted. I wish the two discs were a bit bigger, but the stone-ground texture really stands out.
