The stone ground texture is so smooth against the crunch of those quinoa puffs, it’s the first dark chocolate I’ve actually savored bite by bite. Even at 80%, it doesn’t hit you with that harsh bitterness, just a deep, rich cocoa finish. I’ve already got a second bar stashed in the pantry.
