Claire ★★★★★

The 55% dark chocolate is just bittersweet enough to keep these from tasting like candy, and it snaps nicely against the whole roasted cashews inside. I brought a tin to a work potluck and ended up hiding a handful in my desk drawer for later.

The crunch of these roasted cashews against that smooth, stone-ground chocolate is such a satisfying combo—I've already finished half the bag in one sitting. They're dangerously easy to snack on, but they’d make a nice gift too if you have the willpower to share.

Steven W. ★★★★★

The 55% dark chocolate coating is just bitter enough to balance the sweet, and the cashews stay crunchy all the way through. I bought a bag for myself and ended up rationing it over three days so it wouldn't vanish in one sitting.
