Vainilla

The texture is exactly what I hoped for—real stone-ground grit that melts slow on the tongue, and that vanilla bean comes through warm and fragrant, not fake at all. Two discs felt generous enough to split with my partner, though honestly I ate both before offering any.

This chocolate is gritty in the best way—stone ground gives it a real texture you can feel, and the vanilla bean bits are fragrant without being sweet. Ate one disc slowly and saved the other for later, it’s that good for sharing if you can manage it.

The vanilla bean comes through so clearly against the dark chocolate's deep, earthy bite—it's genuinely fragrant, not just a hint. I do wish the two discs were a bit thicker for the price, but the stone-ground texture makes it feel special, and it's easy to break off a piece for a straight-up snack.
