First bite hits like a punch of pure cacao, no sugar to hide behind, and the stone-ground grit gives it this rustic, honest character. I've tried plenty of high-percentage bars, but this one feels almost primal, and the direct trade sourcing makes it taste even better.

The texture is incredible—you can feel the grit from the granite grinding, which makes each bite feel rustic and honest. At 87% it’s seriously intense, but the unrefined cacao shines through with a deep, almost fruity bitterness that I can’t stop thinking about.
