Gesalzene Mandeln

These discs are seriously gritty in the best way—you can feel the stone-ground texture and whole almond pieces in every bite. The sea salt cuts the dark chocolate perfectly, and two discs is just enough to satisfy without feeling guilty. I already ordered two more packs.

The salt level is just right and the almonds give it a nice crunch against the smooth dark chocolate. I did wish there was a bit more chocolate to savor, but the two discs are perfect for splitting with someone.
