The 60% dark chocolate is way less sweet than I expected, which lets the toffee actually taste like toffee instead of just sugar. Almonds are chopped small enough that you get a bit in every bite, and the sea salt cuts through the richness nicely.

The sea salt hits right after the toffee crunch, and the 60% dark chocolate is smooth but not overly sweet—it’s dangerously easy to finish the whole bar in one sitting.

The stone ground texture is what sold me—it melts slow and gritty in the best way, letting the toffee bits shine before the sea salt kicks in. I've already eaten half the bar in one sitting, no regrets.
