Michael T. ★★★★★

Baked these into chocolate chunk cookies last weekend and they held their shape nicely instead of melting into puddles. The 70% is dark enough to balance the sugar without being bitter.

Claire M. ★★★★★

I've been grabbing a handful straight from the bag most afternoons, and the 70% bitterness is just right for snacking. They melt nicely when I fold them into a batch of cookies, too.

Samuel ★★★★★

Broke one of these into my cookie dough last night and the chunks stayed intact through baking, giving every bite a proper molten pocket instead of vanishing like chips do. Snacking straight from the bag works just as well, the 70% hits that sweet-bitter balance without being punishing.
