Claire R. ★★★★★

I was worried a 3kg bag would be mostly dust and crumbs, but the medium grind is really consistent and melts down smooth for brownies. Being able to sweeten it myself means my kids get real chocolate flavor without the sugar bomb.

Harper N. ★★★★★

The stone-ground texture is noticeably finer than the grocery store bars I used to buy. A 3kg bag lasts me months of weekend brownies and tortes, and knowing exactly how much sugar goes in makes all the difference.

Amelia ★★★★★

I’ve been baking with this for a couple weeks now, and the 3kg bag is a beast—I’ve already gone through half of it for brownies and cookies. The medium-grind texture melts smoothly into batters, and since it’s just organic cacao, I can dial the sweetness exactly where I want it.
