95% Wicked Dark with Toasted Coconut

The toasted coconut is the perfect counterweight to that deep, almost smoky 95% cacao punch — it’s like eating a fancy dessert that never goes sweet. I broke off a square after dinner and it satisfied a chocolate craving for hours.

The bitterness is right on the edge for me, but that toasted coconut comes through beautifully to soften it. I love how the stone ground texture makes it melt slowly, and the fruity cacao notes really do shout past the barely-sweetness. This is my new after-dinner square.
