70% Deliciously Dark Chocolate Chunks

I grabbed a handful straight from the bag before they even made it into the cookie dough—these hit that perfect bitter-sweet spot. The chunks hold their shape when baked, so each bite of my cookies had a proper melty pocket instead of a flat smear.

The chunks are nice and big for cookies—I threw a handful into my usual recipe and they melted just right. I wish the bag were a bit bigger since I’ve already gone through half of it snacking straight from the bag. Good, solid 70% dark without being overly bitter.
