Zeezout

The chocolate discs are rustic and chunky, which I actually like—the stone ground texture makes it feel more artisanal. It's a touch crumbly when you snap a piece off, but the sweet and salty balance is spot on.

The salt really does come through in every bite, and I like that the texture feels rustic rather than perfectly smooth. It melted beautifully for baking, though I wish the discs were a bit more uniform in size for snacking straight from the bag.
