The grit is real in the best way—each disc cracks with a satisfying snap, and the 70% darkness hits bitter-bright without any sweetness to hide behind. We split the two discs and both of us were full after one square, which says something for a 2.7 oz pack.

Those little discs are dangerously easy to snack on, and the grit from the stone grinding gives it a texture that feels way more substantial than a regular chocolate bar. Split the two-pack with my roommate and we both agreed the 70% bitterness hits just right without being harsh.
