These chunks melt down beautifully in a double boiler for my morning mocha, and since there's zero sugar I don't get that cloying aftertaste. The 8 oz bag is small enough that I actually finish it before it goes stale.
I was bracing for bitterness, but these chunks have a surprisingly smooth, deep cocoa flavor that satisfies my sweet tooth without any sugar. They’re my new go-to for melting into warm peanut butter for a quick, clean dessert.
The re-sealable bag is a real lifesaver for my baking stash—no stale chunks by week three. I tossed a handful into brownies and the bitterness cut the sugar perfectly, exactly what I needed for my low-carb baking setup.
