The 95% bars are seriously intense, but the coconut version somehow makes that bitterness almost creamy. Stone ground texture is gritty in the best way, and each bar in the bundle tastes distinctly different.

That 95% with coconut is my new after-dinner ritual — the bitterness hits first but the coconut comes through just enough to soften it. Stone ground texture leaves a nice grit that reminds you it's real cacao, not that waxy stuff.
