Cannelle

Broke off a disc and it melted into the creamiest, spiciest hot chocolate I've had in ages—the stone-ground texture really does give it that authentic Mexican feel. Two discs is just right for a cozy night in, though I might have to hide them from my roommate.

The texture is exactly as promised—gritty and rustic, with that warm cinnamon hitting right after the dark chocolate melts. I split the two discs with my roommate and we both agreed it’s the perfect little treat for a cold evening, though I could easily eat both alone.
