I was a little worried the lemon would overpower the chocolate, but the 70% dark keeps it perfectly balanced and the cookie bits stay crunchy to the very last square. Even the packaging is nice for slipping into a lunch bag.

The crunch from those little lemon cookies is seriously addictive, and the tart burst cuts right through the 70% dark chocolate perfectly. I finished the whole 2.5 oz bar in one sitting, it’s that smooth and balanced.
