Ellie W. ★★★★★

I bought the 3kg bag for holiday baking and it's lasted me through four batches of brownies already. The 70% dark gives a really bold, intense flavor that cuts through the sugar nicely.

Violet B. ★★★★★

The medium-grit texture is exactly what I wanted for cookies—it melts evenly but leaves those nice little chocolate specks throughout. Three kilos might sound like a lot, but I’ve already torn through half a bag in two weeks of weekend baking.

Scarlett ★★★★★

I’ve been through a lot of baking chocolate over the years, and this 3kg bag is a serious workhorse—the medium-grit texture melts down smooth enough for ganache but still gives your brownies that rustic, bold edge. It’s a big commitment size-wise, but if you bake weekly like I do, it disappears fast
